I normally don’t do reviews however, I believe it is very necessary do so in this case. A while back me and my wife went into this bank. We had an unpleasant experience with a teller named Mariela. Her behavior with me was inappropriate made me feel uncomfortable seemed as if she was trying to flirt with me in front of my wife which I found that to be disrespectful. My suggestion to this bank is to hire people who are respectful and professional.

Was with them for years then finally left. There have always been issues. Debit card not working. Online banking frequently down and then charged for telephone services. They began charging monthly fees without any notice. There is a charge penalty for depositing change. THEY CHARGE YOU TO DEPOSIT CHANGE INTO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT. They tried to convince me by lying that their charge is normal and the best in the area and after leaving have found 3 banks/credit unions that do not charge to deposit change into your own account. Overall very poor service over the years and it has only gotten worse over the last year. Glad to have left.
