I own multiple properties with multiple servicers. Fay is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my career. Nobody returns phone calls, supervisors are never available, incompetent staff and somehow I get my statements in the mail but when it comes to refunding excess money in my escrow account the checks never make it. I was supposed to have my money in December and am still chasing it down. Every time I call it is a different excuse. What a horrible experience.

They lie, lie, lie! They foreclosed on our home after refusing to take our mortgage payments, stating that our new paperwork was still pending. Suddenly it’s up for auction with no notice. Won’t call us back after we told them why we urgently needed to talk to them as our house was suddenly up for auction. They are scam and a foreclosure mill. Had to pay millions in 2017 for the same thing they did to us. Stay away!

Try to rip off notaries to perform their closings with electronic documents and fax back of documents for $75. My base fee for the above is the going rate in Cincinnati of $225. I leave my office to notarize a single document (car title, poa, hcpoa) for $75.
