      Can't say enough about how well we were treated by Matt Andre and crew at FBC Mortgage in Lake Mary. After reaching out to several mortgage companies both online and locally while seeking a mortgage on a new home we were interested, only to be told that due to prior credit issues we weren't able to get qualified for a mortgage even though our credit issues were in most cases years old and we had more than enough income to qualify. Finally, at the suggestion of the builder, we were put in contact with FBC Mortgage which looked at our entire financial situation and worked to get us into our American dream ever though we had been told numerous times by other lenders that we weren't worth the risk. Every step of the way we were kept informed of where exactly where we were on our journey to getting approved for a mortgage by the staff at FBC Mortgage. That was December of 2016 and we're happy to say that were still proud customers of FBC Mortgage and will unquestionably use them for all of our future mortgage needs.
