      The touch screen on their atm wasn't working so was eating everyone's cards that used it. They originally stated that I would have to wait through the holiday (MLK Day) and they would release on Tuesday. Now they refuse to release because it is not an FCB issued Card.. I was able to show all proof of identification ID, SS card, card #, and even had current mail sent to me with current address. Not Sure how this isn't significant proof. Now I'm out of money and can't get to work because of the banks failed Atm and horrible service. Your machine is now fixed but obviously I can't use it since you won't release my card to me.
