The tellers have always been accommodating and very nice. If you have an unusual situation and need to get a loan this is the place to go. For instance they were able to get me a loan for a short-sale that had a significant amount of land with it. Other banks had turned it down due to the land component. FCN Bank came to the rescue. I own an apartment building and use this bank with a business account as well. They have helped out with statements in times of need. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they still have a ways to go with regard to online banking. It's gotten much better but it is still not the best. I need to update this review, since they have had a new app now that allows me to do mobile deposits. Now I hardly go to the bank since I don't need to anymore. Thanks FCN for all the great work you have put into updating your app.

Love this Bank the Harrison Branch is my favorite but the employees in Brookville are just as nice

The people who work at the Harrison branch, are the nicest people I've met. They take time to get to know you. I feel like a real person instead of a number. I even talked my Mom into changing her bank to this one! WAY TO GO! THIS BRANCH HITS A HOME RUN!
