  Between the two of us, my wife and I have done business with every bank locally over the past few years. Dearborn Savings Bank is without rival as the best bank in the area. With several of the other local banks being bought out by others, we experienced changes in fees and poor service that left us frustrated. We chose to close nearly all of those other accounts and move them to Dearborn Savings Bank. We have absolutely no complaints about DSB! Unfortunately, DSB was bought out by FCN Bank. It's a sad day. Service has not improved. Their emails, ironically, are headed "Still Hating the Change?" They know it has been an unpopular change, but.... Update: The people we deal with at the bank - tellers, managers mainly - are wonderful people. They're still great at their jobs and make doing business there pleasant. They're the real reason we stay with FCN. But the company has started imposing more fees than DSB did, and it just isn't a hometown bank any more. They've improved the online banking, so it's better than before. Overall, we're satisfied.

  Keep showing our password wrong had to change 3 times before change and during . Concern is with change . Went to store had to leave groceries.. paid land payment then went shopping for our parents . No one to call . No results under notification to communicate with . Not sure transition is going to go smooth . Once atm down . No one new . They could have sent push notification to let us know . Start payments to us in May or June . Gave our account numbers .
