  DEADBEATS: This company, Fed Home Loan Bank of SF opened a credit account with Best Messenger Inc on June 20, 2010. They spent a lot of money ordering food deliveries from local restaurants. In September, 2010, they spent $360.00, mostly on food deliveries. I write this review on April 18, 2011, and this bill is still not paid, despite numerous (more than 20) phonecalls to Will Roberts, who identified himself as the person in charge of accounting. He has told me many times that his boss, Lawrence Parks, who is always traveling, sick, or not in the office, is unable or unwilling to pay the bill. He also told me of their 12-step process that it takes to pay an invoice. It is ridiculous. We here at Best Messenger are 99% sure that the problem here is that when these people try paying for food using their company funds, they are told no; and no one there is man enough to come up with a credit card in the meantime and just pay the bill. I have told Will Roberts that since I am unable to sue a corporation in Small Claims court, I am forced to sue both him and his deadbeat boss, Lawrence Parks. Still, nothing. It is unbelieveable and outrageous that these people cannot pay a legitimate invoice, and I do not recommend doing any business with people of such childish mentality. Vendors beware.
