Case Manager Woodall, Contacted the Necessary Company's By Documenting Every Person We Had Spoken to, During Our Conversations Via Telephone, and Displayed Professionalism, and the Ultimate Level of Customer Service, During this Process to Receive a Lower Student Loan Payment. At The End of The Process, I Received a Lower Payment that Suited My Monthly Budget/Finances, and Its ALL Thanks to Case Manager Woodall. This Will Be My First, and Only Review I Post Online, Because It Is Rare In Today's Society That People Actually Follow Through With Helping Out Customers/Clients. Federal Student Loan Relief Case Manager Followed Through On All Necessary Phone Calls, and Emails Pertaining to My Student Loans, and Getting Me Back On Track With Making My Scheduled Monthly Student Loan Payments.   This business is beyond unscrupulous. Th student loan "manager" is malevolent with her backstabbing employees. She got one employee terminated for handing out business cards that were not even related to the business. If you lower your head, she will accuse you of sleeping and report you. Also the CEO has scant education and uses threats and verbal abuse to get what he wants, just like a defiant child. They discriminate on age and laid off an employee that was a loyal seven year employee and kept on another employee who was younger and not there long.
