      Fedstar has been an amazing bank before they were bought out by InFirst credit union. I do my primary banking with another local credit union and do not wish to switch. My budget can also be tight during the month and I do not like using autopay. InFirst is now stating that any transaction payment over the phone is a $15 charge, additionally the only way you can pay your account now with them is to either pay an additional $10 fee every month on their website or you can set up the autopay for "free" although that is not an option for each family as my payment date varies based on my budget. InFirst wanted my opinion on the phone call well here it is, give people options to pay their loans without trying to add on ridiculous fees. I pay all my bills online and no other financial provider tries to pull this nonsense.
