  My husband banks with this Bank. We had an issue with that being three $29 overdraft fees assessed to his account in one day for two purchases of $1.35 made at a vending machine at his job. He called and asked to speak with the branch manager who's name is Carol. This woman, after taking 10 mins to answer the call was rude off the top. He asked her to help him get an understanding of the fees and she basically told him she would give him a courtesy waive of one of the fees but she would do nothing else. He had her on speaker so I tried to ask her if he had well enough in his savings why the amount could've just been drawn from there. She quickly cut me off and told me that this is what happens when you swipe your card and don't have enough money. I then asked her not to be rude when we were just seeking help. She told me she didn't even know why she's taking to me when I'm not in the account. She takes over me the entire time just like she takes over my husband. When I asked her to not be rude and not talk over me she hung up in my face. He called back to ask her about the fees being waived and she rudely said that she would waive one fee and hung up in his face. He called back and asked for the corporate number. She gave it to him very smugly as if nothing would be done and told him "if you wanna talk to someone higher up than me, ask for Debbie." And hung up. This imbecile should not work in customer service let alone be a manager. He won't be able to speak with Debbie until Monday morning and I have the feeling she won't be too much better. He has had a rude experience with Carol's manager Debbie in the past. This is a small bank and my husband has banked with them for 4 years. Someone higher than Debbie needs to know how business is conducted here.
