OMG I can not rave enough how wonderful and knowledgable Natalie is. I called in at my whits end thinking my whole entire VA loan on my "condo" was falling through because of not being on the approved list. Needless to say my lender, real estant agent, the escrow company, and even the seller thought this complex was condominiums. All of them failed to check tract ID's, Pre- lim notices, CCR's for zoning information. When I called Natalie starting working her magic researching my property WITHOUT me having any of the information listed above. She informed me it was not a condo but PUD which does not need to be on the VA approval list. Without her knowledge, information and help I WOULD have lost my loan because the lack of research and knowledge of all of my "team". I now am getting ready to close on my PUD home and I am so grateful that I decided to call FHA review. I would highly recommend giving her a call if you are having approval predicaments. I have full confidence she would be able to find that's it's listed or if not help you get it on the list in a timely manner. I hope this helps. Happy House Hunting
