  I was applying for a loan and Sherri from the kelso location was so helpful and quick to getting back to me! She got my loan approved in a few hours and I could go pick up my check really quick and simple! Thank you fibre for hiring such amazing workers!!! Happy holidays! 😁

  Coin counting machine short on count and bent and scraped some of the coins. If you are okay losing a few bucks then sure. My kids were a little disappointed as they'd been saving up and each were shorted just over a dollar. I showed video to the manager and she assured me the machine was audited and if you are short then you can just notify them and they'll credit you. But no way of them giving you money back from the machine, and she also assured me the machine was new. More hassle than it's worth but they insist you use it. Pleased with the customer service but still bewildered that they couldn't see the problem with the machine.

  I specifically came in before I was shipped overseas in the Army to tell them I was going to Korea and to please not shut my account down and they shut it down. My first month there I had no access to my money until a family member back in the states could physically go into the bank. I ended up switching banks.
