  FiCare is a great place to save money! We have used them for our past two auto loans and saved lots of money. Whenever doing business with them Michael A. has been our loan officer, he is quick to respond, competitive with rates and always comes through for our loan needs. I love the customer experience he provides and will continue using them for future needs. Way to go Mike!!

  My experience was superb! Loan Officer Mike Alfieri was prompt in getting all the information to me to ensure a smooth purchase of my lease. I was able to complete the entire transaction from the comfort of my home. No doubt 5-Star service, highly recommended!!!

  I have honestly had the worst experience from this credit union, I am a mother of 3 and have been experiencing major financial difficulties this year and the staff at this credit union made my issues much harder. The staff was extremely harsh and not friendly I understand I was making late payments but I was doing everything I could to communicate and catch up and I eventually did. Now when I call my call is sent directly to Andy in the tampa office, he doesn’t greet me with a hello he’s not helpful and treats me like an annoyance. I’ve had my Auto loan with them for 3 years and have never been treated the way I have with this company over a financial crisis’. I hope the company will improve but I hope to refinance and cut ties soon.
