  Ralph has been a godsend to us in getting our mortgage executed in record time and a superlative manner. Our previous agent took us through about four months of going nowhere even with a fico’s score of 700+ and damaging our credit rating with multiple searches and delays. Ralph took over our refinancing and what the other agent said was impossible, he got it done. Ralph managed to get us a new loan, cash out, reduced interest rate, and in lightning speed by just phone calls and emails. He was even able to have the closing in our home, without the need for us to go somewhere else, an accommodation that was welcomed for me and my wife. Ralph, is very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and He never promised a result that he could not deliver. He is highly recommended. He will be our Loan Officer permanently.   Made up a fake work order to hold some of my money. Promised to give me the money but refused to claiming I need to pay for another appraisal when the whole purpose of the loan was to remodel the home. I’ve done the repairs and was told nothing of a second appraisal to get $4,000. Why lie about the money when there was no intention of releasing the funds. This process from August to February has been an emotional rollercoaster. Wish I had worked with this Ralph person because Eric consistently makes promised he can’t keep. Every time he said it won’t be a problem, it was a problem!!!

  This Manny guy keeps calling you to the point it's harassment! I will be filing a police report the next time I get a call from this guy. I get 6-8 calls A DAY!! HORRIBLE company that harasses you and won't stop even after you've asked!! I never signed up with this company but somehow I get nonstop calls daily
