great service - had problems first with Bill Pay and then with POP money but both problems were resolved in minutes (operator problem, not software) . But when I enter the bank and am greeted with a smile from everyone and all problems solved so I left with a smile too

The Mt Gilead Branch of Fidelity Branch is the best Branch in their Banking System. The tellers are all very knowledgeable about what the bank has to offer. They are customer oriented and provide a wonderful atmosphere. I have been to numerous branches in NC and always enjoy going back to Mt Gilead Branch, other Branches can learn from this group of terrific employees from Management to the tellers. Five Stars to you.
