  Wow!! We went to Fidelity to inquire about business account options. Susan Story, Branch Manager assisted us. Susan’s professional demeanor made us feel welcome right from the start. Susan was genuinely interested in our business needs and asked good questions to determine which account would be right for us. Susan recommended an account to meet our needs. We had shopped two other banks that morning and we decided that Fidelity in Lexington would be our choice, so we opened our new business account and we feel that this will be the beginning of a great partnership!

  Fantastic service! When I was opening my new offices, the bank with which I have been my entire life didn’t correspond with me for a month after initiating applications for loans - and then gave poor terms. Other banks (Southern, Bank of Oak Ridge) would only offer SBA loans, which aren’t ideal for small businesses given you can’t pay them off early when you’re successful. Amanda Laws at Fidelity came to the rescue! Fidelity secured loans for my X-ray machine, gave me a credit line and was able to finance the office I purchased with good terms. Their customer service is also phenomenal! This small-town community bank supports small businesses! For that, I’ll be forever grateful! Anyone looking for a loan should start their search with Fidelity! I certainly will!
