Sometimes it’s just a bank. Or it’s the place the have your accounts. At Fidelity, that’s not the case. This is truly a community bank!! I walk in and they know me!! I get calls when things aren’t quiet right and they double check to make sure the transactions are mine. They go over and above!!! I couldn’t be more happy with my personal and business accounts here.

This bank actively recruited my son’s business for a small business loan. The loan officer gathered all of our information and knew the full history and was confident that a very old credit issue of my DIL would not be an issue and advised my husband and I be added on the loan as guarantors. The process was so slow and all the while the loan officer and another VP were confident the loan would be approved soon. So finally 10 weeks after application, my som was denied for the credit issue handled nearly ten years earlier. They had plenty of investment money and parents backing the loan. It just seemed so unprofessional and the delay eliminated a rare location in downtown Raleigh for the business and set them back weeks and weeks and cost so much. Stay clear of Fidelity for a business loan. They do not have their act together for small business. Thankfully they now have a business loan from an SBA approved lender and it was a snap.
