I am very disappointed with fidelity bc I was notified that there was fraud on my card. I went to the bank on 6/23/22 to order a new visa card and withdraw cash to last until I got a new card in a week to ten business days. I called today and was told it wasn't ordered until 4/05/22. I have waiting for the mail every day. Nothing. We have been banking here for 30 plus years. We have been very happy with your personal aid, customer service.
