      Best bank and by far the VERY BEST customer service. Billie Wilson and all the ladies that work the drive through window are fantastic. They take the time to get to know you and always call you by your name when they see you. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a bank that will be attentive and supportive...such a positive experience.

      I’ve never had the experience at any other banking institution that I’ve had at Fidelity Bank, Gibsonville and specifically with branch manager, Billie Wilson. (Although everybody else I’ve spoken with has also been super friendly and kind!) I’m new to Fidelity, and it’s been obvious to me from the beginning that I’m actually a valued customer. Billie has been so helpful and supportive, and my questions are answered promptly and with patience and care. She also has a real knack for translating financial speak into understandable lay terms. At this point, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for our banking needs. For the first time in my life, I LOVE MY BANK!
