      I am transitioning away from one of the ‘bigger’ banks for various reasons. Recently set up accounts at Fidelity Bank in WF and it was a fantastic experience. Stephanie is excellent to work with as is the entire friendly and caring staff. So nice to get away from the large ‘corporate’ bank and work with a local bank where I am cordially welcomed and known by name. Should have done this a long time ago.

      This is the absolute best customer service you can ever have with any bank .All the people that work here are so nice, very personable, just like cheers they know you by name, as soon as you walk in they will greet you by name all the employees here are really really nice.Malori, Patricia, Bernadine, and Stephanie. Just remember these names those are the people that will give you the best customer service in the banking industry. Thank you Fidelity Bank for hiring people like those.
