      Ashley and her team at Fidelity are amazing. I struggled for years with PNC for my business account. Since moving to Fidelity I am blown away by how much everyone there cares about me. Doesn't matter who answers the phone (yes, someone always answers the phone when you call) as everyone is happy to stop what they are doing and help. I have since moved my folks family trust and all my personal accounts to Fidelity. Such a refreshing change to have a bank with such great customer service!

      I have been doing business with the Cary location of Fidelity Bank for the last 15 years. Every time I go in the branch I am greeted by a smiling face and everyone is anxious to help.
