  I went to this location and it was closed due to "Covid" concerns. I have had Fidelity Bank for about 20 years. Every year their services and service gets worse. I do not recommend.

  Kenneth, we certainly apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure has caused. Our East Harry office is in close proximity and our bankers there stand ready to serve.

  I used to love banking with Fidelity , until recently. Fidelity "thinks" they are making things easier and convienent for customers with recent building upgrades. I have to say I find the upgrades to be less personable, and at the drive thru it's not even a live person in the branch. Now they are doing telephone banking at the drive thru, and it's like a screen with an employee talking from another branch. They have decided to add all these rediculous fees to customers accounts. I go in and ask for a statement, and they charge a fee. Are you kidding me? If you misplace your debit card it's an additional fee to replace. It's just not a real convenient place to bank anymore. Plus they took out all their Walmart branches, which was awesome to have due to people being able to bank later. I'm going to look for a new bank soon. I miss the old personable atmosphere!
