      i got a call about my loan being renewed and i’ve had so much going on i didn’t have time to go into a branch and renewed it. called twin lakes and Daniel Vasquez the senior banker was so understanding, fast and provided such great service! thank you daniel you’re doing amazing at your job.

      I was having issues with a credit card payment and online banking and i kept getting sent back and forth in between different different banks because no one had “access” to the online credentials and no one could help me. although it wasn’t my first choice due to the pandemic i decided to go personally and Edia Gonzalez was able to fix everything for me after i spent 20 minutes going back and forth. she was very thorough and so helpful. we need more people like her at every branch!! 🙂
