  Overall smooth process. But it was tight situation as load closing offer took along time to wrap up loan on time. She finished paper work exactly 18 hrs before settlement day. Chin helped alot.

  Mr. Chin didn't put me, the client, first in his decision making or communications. He did not work with the agent when the seller took back their property due to a delay in closing. I was devastated. My agent reached out to Chin for help but he refused, he put himself first, not me the client. I had to provide the seller an additional $2000  deposit to get the property back off the market and Chin stated I needed another $6K to avoid missing the second closing date as he reconstructed the loan.

  Worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!!! My girlfriend and I were in the market to buy our first home we met Eric in march of 2016 and told im we wanted to find move before the end of the year giving us 9 months to find a home. he connected us with a realtor and Neville Jones a processor in his office. 2 months in we had not found the right home for us so we decided to find a home to renovate we found a home and had a excepted offer in July. After months of being drug along and submitting at least 75 different documents, failing to make 15+ closing dates and dealing with nonchalant rear responses even when we told them we had to vacate our apartment at the end of the year which nearly render us homeless we finally decided to cut ties when the seller pulled out of the deal and we had to start over. this is the worst company i have had to deal with without question. I would be suprised if this review will even matter after 6months with the sub-par service provided they may not be around for long
