They gave me the runaround about getting my money back. Don’t use them go too WesternUnion they more respectable with paying customers. They are liars

Hello Lesa, I am sorry you didn't have a good experience with us. From my notes and records I see you purchased a money order on 4-4-2022 and you sent in a Refund Form and receipt on 5-27-2022. Your money order cashed on 4-6-2022, since your money order cashed a refund is not available so we sent you a letter letting you know and if you needed a copy of the cashed money order you could send in the appropriate fee and we would send you that copy. You called 6-6-2022 and spoke with my representative who also explained that once a money order has cashed it cannot be refunded. Can you please explain in which case we gave you the runaround or lied to you? You can call me at 800-621-8030 ext 4235 if you prefer. All money order companies basically have the same policies when it comes to refunding money orders, if they have cashed we cannot refund. Thank you for your time, Tracey

I’ve been trying to get money order verification for my bank cannot find any valid phone # .. bank will not release funds until verified.. number on website said office are closed !! So frustrating…..
