      I obtained my first mortgage using Fidelity First Mortgage, and my experience was above my expectstions! Buying a home is always stressful, and my loan officer Gregory Schmidt worked endlessly to help with all the stressful aspects of the loan and really took the time to help me understand the process of buying a home. He was also extremely available, anytime I needed him he was there to take my call or answer questions. On top of that, he really worked hard to streamline the process - often coordinating and contacting any and all involved parties as needed to meet deadlines. I ended up utilizing my VA loan benefits, which Greg was also very helpful with ensuring all required documents were successfully and accurately detailed and completed on time. His attention to detail, and his keen knowledge was demonstrated by how thorough he was through out the process - for example he ended up saving me a few thousand dollars by taking his time and catching and correcting multiple mistakes made by the sellers attorneys and applicable party. Otherwise, I would have overpaid on multiple items if he had not stepped in. All in all, I was very satisfied with Gregory Schmidt and Fidelity First Mortgage; they are professional, they had my best interest, and they ultimstely saved me money when all was said and done. I am more than happy that I chose to go through him for my first house purchase, and I recomend others do the same - you wont be dissapointed.
