      I have been a Fidelity customer since the mid 80’s. I self managed my money until June of 22. Concerned the market was getting frothy I turned my IRA’s over to Fidelity. Not once since then has my account rep reached out to me. When I reached out to an investment mgr several months ago I was told I should give them time. Two weeks ago I was contacted by an assistant to arrange a call with the account mgr. I told the assistant I wanted to have a report indicating Fidelity’s performance prior to the call. Not a word. Good by Fidelity!

      Horrible customer service. 1 hour on hold to make appointment. Waited 15 minutes after appointment to be told, they would not give service due to me having Bronchitis. The kids that work here are arrogant and rude. The dress code does not make the person.
