Beverly was good to us the day of signing to buy our home. HOWEVER, when we were informed to write the check out to "them"for paying off the assessments we were lied to and stolen from! We were told an estimated amount and that fidelity would pay the city for us, if we paid more they would cut us a check for the difference, that was Sept of 2021! It's now 5 months later with confirmation from the city we should have been paid that we are yet to get our money back!!!!! Beverly who should be taking care of us will not return our calls for 3 months now calling daily. DO NOT USE THEM! they hold your money to gain interest off your money!

Never will use this title agency. Rude, not dependable and not informative. In addition, they held my escrow deposit for 22 days before returning the money as deal was canceled. They told me check was in the mail. Had to call again to confirm it never was mailed.
