      Fidelity National Title handled the sale of our home in St. Pete, which they did well. However, our purchase of a manufactured home was handled incompetently. We paid Fidelity $1000 for the title and when we got the Deed and enquired where the Title was, Fidelity told us it was one and the same. After months and several appointments at the County Tax Collector, we discovered that not only did Fidelity not get the title for which we paid, but our realtor had to go above and beyond to contact the seller to get the title. The County Tax Collector was astounded at Fidelity's negligence and incompetence. Because of Fidelity's incompetence we had to pay late fees. I would not recommend Fidelity for the purchase of a manufactured home.
