  I cannot brag enough about this office and ESPECIALLY Neshia Perry. I had the Best Realtor and loan officer. The 3 of them are a dream team. I just closed on my new home in Florida and after having a nightmare for the sale of my home out of state, I can say I know the difference of good vs bad service. When I was at my wits end and stressed beyond breaking, Neshia stayed on the phone with for hours to make it all happen. She was patient and knowledgeable. Even up to the very end when my bank made my wire impossible, she accommodated everything to make it happen. I cannot brag enough nor say THANK YOU enough to Mrs Perry. I would only ever use them for all my future transactions.

  Where does one even start with this title company. They are the absolute worst. I would rather go to the dentist and get a root canal done than deal with this title company ever again. I told my realtor if they ever use this title company for a transaction with us we’d walk away from the deal. First, the title company hid ALL the documents from us until we sat down at the table to sign it. Not once did they contact us, email us, nothing prior to the closing. They never provided any closing documents to let us know what the fees are, what other costs were associated with the sale of the property nothing until we showed up. Only once we were seated were we allowed to review the documents for accuracy or discrepancies. Next, our property was placed in a trust last year. Again, the title company never contacted us to make sure we had a savings or checking account ready and setup to receive the equity from the home sale prior to us showing up. Once we were done signing all the documents, we suddenly learned from them that they could only deposit the monies into a checking or savings account for the trust. Again, HAD THEY BOTHERED to call us ahead of time and informed us this could have been easily taken care beforehand. Instead, we ended up walking out of the office with a check in hand that we couldn’t use or cash for damn near a month. Thankfully we didn’t need the equity to put down on our new house or this title company would have cost us the sale of that new property. I cannot recommend enough to AVOID using this title company. They are either super new to this business and don’t fully understand everything involved or they just don’t care and figure they have you over a barrel so they can stick it to you. Realtors, this is not the kind of experience you want your customers to go through. I highly recommend finding a more professional outfit to use and avoid using this title company at all costs.

  So sorry to hear of your experience at our branch. Please know that we have very strict guidelines about disbursement of funds and must always pay the record title holder on the commitment and the last recorded deed. But the real issue here is about communication; our apologies for not clarifying this further in the beginning and for the inconvenience it caused you.
