  We had a sub par experience here. There was definitely a lack of communication between broker and title company. We were told a specific date and promised over and over again that we would close on that date. So we planned our lives around that. When we called th title company they had no idea about a request for an earlier date than what was stated in contract. We felt blown off as if our concerns were not important. We were patronized with phrases like "don't worry" or "we'll be fine" instead of giving us real answers. All and all we did close within the same month as promised, it was 2 weeks late, with many headaches and delays along the way. My wife and I did everything on our end very promptly to ensure there were no delays because of us. But we don't feel that same promptness was reciprocated. Also, the lender is in California, so don't expect to get anything done in the mornings, most answers came very late in the day, well after other business locally we're already closed, it was tough to get things accomplished same day. One saving grace was Robert Swanson. He was very attentive when things went wrong and he would call me and talk things out and explain things in a professional and calm manner. And I didn't feel that way with the owner, most conversations with the owner left us feeling more confused after our conversation than before. We ended up with a good rate and FHA loan, which we were happy about. If I could change anything I would ask that when dealing with first time home buyers the process and all details be explained better and response time to questions be better. It seemed there was a lot of mixing business and pleasure, in the 2 months we had to deal with them it seemed if there were multiple vacations and personal outings that would delay responses and forward progress. Not a bad company, just needs some refinement to make it a 5 STAR rating.
