Save your time and effort. Go somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Only care about themselves. Asked for a title search. Owner couldn’t even operate the Greene County property search to find the property. Finally found it, verbally told me they would perform one, would take two weeks. Called multiple times a month later without a response. Finally went into office. Said they couldn’t do work for me. Finally realized Marie was friends with landowner in question. Unethical, irresponsible, cannot be trusted.

Made zero contact with me...all contact was with me contacting them. They cared about the buyer of the property not the seller. Told me they would call me twice and never called. Told me to be there at a certain time..I showed up early and sat in parking lot for an hour and no one showed up. Very unprofessional, unempathetic and irresponsible.
