      I will never build a home fieldstone again. The worst construction management team. Prior to moving in I clearly highlighted all the areas that needed to be corrected. The day I moved in only a fraction of those areas were addressed. To make matters worse I pointed out the areas that needed to be touched up again and the fieldstone construction rep yelled at me saying “we’ve worked really hard to make you happy we will not do anymore touch ups” . Because of the poor quality of work my garage flooded, my water heater stopped working (family was without hot water for a week) , my shower was leaking, half of my cabinets had to be replaced, my floors shake and squeak, had stains on carpe and new flooring. I had over 14 warranty requests and I’m still finding more issues. The worst part is that I clearly pointed out most of these issues before moving in yet fieldstone did nothing to make our home buying experience great. We will be buying another but not from fieldstone

      Don't buy! You don't get the property your house is built on, so someday they could kick you off read the fine print!
