I will be honest in saying that I typically HATE banks, but 5/3 is an exception. From the tellers to the managers, I have had only competent, professional, friendly, and prompt service. My needs are handled quickly and even if there is a problem, it is explained why it happened and what I can do to prevent it or fix it. I haven't always got everything I have wanted here, but when I haven't I was treated with respect and patience and I appreciate that! This branch location is a breath of fresh air, is not too busy, and has easy access parking. It also does not fee you to death for every little thing. We used to be customers of Richwood Bank and just got tired of having a fee for every little product or service! Not so with 5/3 and I would (and have) highly recommend it.

ALWAYS locking me out of my account after I have to reset my login because they randomly kick me off of my devices and won't give me my login after I confirm my information. If 5/3 doesn't get it together, I'm gonna have to find a new bank.
