      Chris the branch manager has been unbelievable as well as the rest of the staff! We started using 5/3 just to have a second bank account in case anything ever happened to our Chase account and a card was frozen or anything of that nature. After 3 months of banking with 5/3 and more importantly the staff at the Ross branch we will be switching over to 5/3 as our primary bank.

      While the branch manager is friendly and helpful, 5/3 as a company has poor business practices. The lowered my credit card balance. No resolution or legitimate explanation. Payments made on time. They stated it was to minimize their risk during the current pandemic. This lowered my credit score significantly. Poor business practices 5/3! Customer for 15 + years taking my business elsewhere.
