      I am not happy with my 5/3 experience. I came in recently and wanted to open a business account for my local retail chain and planned on opening a few more accounts for personal and refinancing since I heard good things about 5/3. I came in a few times and spoke to Alexa, she made everything a very pleasant experience. Answered all my questions. What ultimately made me decide against it was seeing the way the manager (Shawnda I believe her name is) treated her employees. I can’t give my business to companies that treat their employees so badly! New management is needed, ASAP!
