      3 months into the refinancing process, and still no closing date in sight, very sad, can't even get a hold of anyone. This is the poorest most horrible bank I ever dealt with, you can't get a hold of anyone, you are not informed, the refinancing process went on for over 3 months and they said at least two more weeks out for a simple refinance. I finally canceled the loan, I've never been so mad in my life. they told me all they do is call your employer to verify employment when I switched jobs, but the truth is they bothered my new employer with a bunch of paperwork to fill out that she don't have time for.. even filling out the paperwork and sending it back to them by their demanding deadline, that wasn't good enough, they still said two more weeks out, I got sick and tired of waiting. I refinanced three other times before and never took this long, I called three other Banks and they only take 30 days, I wouldn't refinance with fifth third at all.
