      They say their system is always down. Always restarting their computers. Things take way longer than nessasary. People get turned away do to lack of staffing and how long things take.

      I am new to the area, but a very long term customer of 5/3. I came into the Kissimmee branch simply to have something notarized and left beginning the process to a road of debt management. The timing couldn’t be more perfect and I owe it all to Jen Reyes. Jen and her staff are are very friendly and super helpful. Everything was explained to me so well and I felt very comfortable. Jen is very responsive, proactive and great to work with. I’m super happy with my experience and the journey I am now on. Thank you so much!
