It took more than an hour to open a simple checking account, the banker was not trained on how to use their software. Now I keep getting issues with setting up basic online banking things. Choose a different bank

They will nickel and dime you to death with fees. I paid off a $3500 balance on a home equity loan. Then they send me a bill for 0.02 for interest that had accrued during the billing cycle. I paid the .02, but then they send a bill for an additional .01 for interest, plus a $65 annual fee. Absolutely ridiculous.
