      My mortgage got bought by Fifth Third and they make it extremely difficult to set up automatic bill pay. Horrible service. I talked to a representative about this and he must have forgotten to send me the special form that is required to complete the auto bill pay because I never received it. Why not just make this easy by having it all online.
