Received a call from Clintonville branch who called me amd also left a message with my wife. I am not now or ever have been a customer. They left a number and upon calling it back tou are stuck in an automated phone tree that does NOT allow you to leave a message or ever talk to a human. Spent 90 minutes trying every option. Spent a 22 minutes on hold once and 35 minutes another time and 12 mi uses the third and no one every picked up. No idea why an Allison Barber called but this is the worst service I have every run across.

Used to be a nice bank but now all they seem to do is charge more and more fees. It's time to find a credit union cause taking my money just for ordering euros is stupid
