  I have had my business checking account at this branch for almost three years. Not once have I left that particular branch and thought wow, what good customer service. 3 weeks ago out of the blue my debit card stopped working so I called customer service they said there was no problem just to go in that branch and they would straighten everything out. I took time out of my very busy schedule to take care of this and Dawn was being very standoffish she made a phone call right in front of me whispering under her breath making me feel like I was in the principals office. Dawn informed me that my account has been closed and the bank no longer wishes to continue to have a relationship. She could not produce a reason or explanation on why my account was closed. I always felt that branch was prejudice towards Italian people and this incident just confirmed my feeling.
