      This review is SOLELY for the current manager, Kim. All 5 stars are for her exemplary efforts as manager NOT 5/3 Bank. Good managers deserve to be recognized. She has gone above and beyond to always put the client/customer first. She has always effectively done her job of training new bankers (it's a training branch), despite dealing with a constant influx of new hires with minimal experience. Kim is an example. An example of how great people can make a positive impact for an otherwise terrible organization. I have since left "Fee/Third" bank, as a result of their "profit over people" policies and excessive fees. But I think we can all learn from Kim - treating clients with respect, from a place of knowledge and experience IS the best practice. If only 5/3 corporate was more like Kim, they would definitely still have my business (and probably fewer horrible reviews).

      Went to withdraw money, and let me tell you, I’ve never met a person so nosey. So incredibly disrespectful asking so many personal question just because i am trying to withdraw MY money from MY account. And then to add her opinion about how she thinks withdrawing money is not safe, GIRL it is not your money. I work for a bank, and there is nothing suspicious in my account to make her judge me so hard. I wasn’t going to close my account but after the awful customer service, I’m thinking I might have too.
