  This location is great. Went into deposit and had other questions about a card and talked with a bank representative and treated with great care. It’s an odd location for something that was never there. This location has great people working there.

  I had a very unpleasant banking experience. I opened an account a couple weeks ago at the Lyndhurst location. Upon opening the account the banker entered my phone number wrong & my confirmation verification code was sent to the number that was entered wrong. Due to this I am unable to access my online banking account. But the person who was sent my verification code to there phone can access my account. Upon opening my account a card was ordered and it’s been almost 2 weeks I still have not received it. I called the branch location & was told the card was returned because the address was undeliverable. The branch probably entered my address incorrectly as well. These type of repeated errors can cause serious problems if my information is stolen and used.
