      Worst branch and worst bank imaginable. My account was closed for not having a balance after only 3 weeks. Strike #1. I drove to this ridiculous second rate bank at 5 20pm and doors were LOCKED due to " COVID"issues and its May of 2022. Lol. They are suppose to serve customers until 6pm but instead, they had me idle my car in drive through to re open my account for 22 minutes and teller led me on to believe she was about to re open it and then finally comes back with a dumb look on her face and said " sorry, I can't help you re open it, can you come back sat. At 9am?" NO ! I can't, I'm here now because I'm off work but I work tomorrow! How INCREDIBLY RUDE to have me wait for almost 25 minutes in drive through in the HEAT with no AC to not be able to help. The tellers are pieces of trash at this location and so is the branch manager.... Next time, make sure your bank lobby is open when it's supposed to be! whatever you do, DONT BANK HERE! Just look at other reviews here, HORRiBLE 3.4 rating. It's obvious this branch doesn't know what they are doing and customers hate them. Please take this as official notice that I like to file a formal complaint against the black teller girl who assisted me. I'm asking for claims of $5.00 for damages for the gas I wasted idling out of principle.

      The buttons don’t work here on the drive through ATM. We reported this several times months ago so Don’t waste your time going here The button to not accept the fee is broken Still did not give receipt when asked for one😕
