      Worst customer service. Called and put on hold forever. Called again and same thing. THEY DON'T CARE! Make sure you are aware of that before doing business with this bank.

      If you are buying a home this is not the bank you want to do business. My wife and I lost hope after they denied my loan due to a lack of professionalism of our loan officer ( Izzy Morales). Thank GOD we act quickly and move our case to another bank where we where approved in less than 2 weeks.
