  After 4pm, bank locations don’t answer the phones! Bank’s customer service aren’t what they used to be!

  I updated this review because the staff at this 53 office tried their best to help, even though corporate has no interest in fixing the app. When I tried to call their "social media team", I could never get anybody to answer... Thanks to the branch office team, I changed the review from one to 3 stars. When you deposit a check through the mobile phone app, the default setting is to charge an "immediate access to funds" fee. By making this the default, you are tricking customers to pay for something that they don't want. . When I contact your online banking department, they have no interest in fixing the problem with the app. I have been a customer for nearly 30 years, and I'm writing this review to see if anybody at the bank is going to fix the problem.
