  Definitely the worst bank I've ever used. Automatically enrolled me in a deferment mortgage package for covid without asking... meaning a high interest line of credit for unpaid mortgage payments (even though i made payments)... hiked up mortgage payment when I opted out and have not yet been able to say where the extra 188 per month is going (4 months later)... rarely do I get the full amount of checks deposited... starts with 100, then about 67 percent, then 74 percent, and so on randomly for about 2 weeks leaving between 10 and 30 dollars unaccounted for. Checking account NEVER balances. Front line staff is the absolute rudest. Twice now the atm took cash deposits and have a receipt saying sorry we lost your money - 2 month dispute to get it back. I could go on. This bank is totally breaking the law and will get caught. You can't just get away with robbery because of covid. Total crock

  This bank was taking money out of my account for several months without my consent, knowledge, or authorization. They then made false statements to me about my acknowledgment, and a woman banker was verbally cruel to me over the phone about the issue. I will be closing all accounts with them tomorrow. To me, one should be able to trust a bank with their life savings and other money. Also, it was completely uncalled for for the banker to speak to me with such haste. She was completely unhelpful, unknowledgeable, disrespectful, and did not listen or believe the true details about the issue. I’ll be banking somewhere else.
