      I've been going to this bank for a long time and they have the best people working there. I've went through lots of banks here in Charlotte and this is the one I've settled on. Specifically this location is small and really friendly and helpful. Matter of fact I met someone here about 6 years ago and she just left to have a promotion and work at a different location and I've even followed her there because she's that great of a friend/worker and she really loves her job. This location really offers that and all the people that work there and it's always a pleasant experience believe it or not going to the bank! Haha. They weren't quickly and efficiently and they are helpful and there's never really big lines or anything. This area of banks caterers to a lot of Spanish people and tends to be discriminant of Americans. This little gem is not that way at all! They cater to everybody equally and make it a nice experience as well, they get to know your name on a personal level and I love that. No high fees, no hidden agendas, and I've never seen the place in disrepair to any degree... Including the ATM

      I’ve been with this bank for only 2 months and already have fraudulent activity going on! Unauthorized transactions amount have shown multiple times! I’ve never had a problem like this. I would not recommend this bank to anyone!
