      I closed every single one of my accounts after 15 loyal years because the Branch Manager is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Not a single follow-up call & then 7 months later I get a credit card statement in the mail. They failed to close! Go to the Chase right down the road if you would actually like to be valued!

      We don’t even f*****g bank with 5/3rd have an online bank and when we used the card and entered the PIN correctly and the transaction was approved by my financial institution however the card was kept by their ATM and my money then refunded. Their bank stole my card, refused to return it and offered humble apologies. Terrible customer service, terrible protocol and terrible fraud detection. 1/1 do not deal with these thieves they will steal from you.
